Changi Airport's free loyalty programme rewards you when you shop and dine at Changi Airport, Jewel and iShopChangi. Four tiers, GST-absorbed shopping, parking perks and points that convert to e-Vouchers or KrisFlyer miles. How to earn points

Present your Changi Rewards e-Card (in the Changi App) at checkout at participating outlets in Changi Airport (public and transit), Jewel, and iShopChangi. You earn in every block of S$10 nett spend in a single receipt, rounded down. Points are credited immediately and become redeemable after 7 calendar days.

Excluded from earning: tobacco, banks/money-changing, top-up cards, postal and medical services, most lounges and transit hotels, Crowne Plaza, telecoms counters, car rental, airport shuttle, tours, left luggage, and dry cleaning. Jewel has its own non-participating list. A S$5,000-per-transaction spend cap applies for Member, Gold and Platinum.

Points expire 12 months after the month they were earned (e.g. points earned any day in July 2024 expire 31 July 2025). e-Vouchers expire 1 year from the month of redemption. The combined e-Voucher balance in your account is capped at S$1,000.

Frequently asked questions

Is Changi Rewards free to join?
Yes — it is free, open to anyone aged 16 and above, and there is no expiry date on the membership itself. Sign up via the Changi App or the Changi Rewards website, then activate your Changi Account through the verification email. Membership is non-transferable and limited to one account per person.
How is "nett spend" calculated for tier qualification?
Nett spend is the amount after deducting discounts and voucher redemptions, rounded down to the nearest dollar. A minimum S$10 spend in a single receipt is required to earn points, and points accrue in every block of S$10. Your tier is based on accumulated nett spend over a rolling 12-month period.
What does "GST-absorbed" mean?
At the public areas of Changi Airport (T1–T4), the 9% GST on your purchases is absorbed by the merchant — you pay the pre-tax sticker price. This applies to all Changi Rewards tiers. (It does not apply to Jewel or to transit-area purchases.)
Is there a cap on points per transaction?
Yes. From 1 April 2022, points are capped at a S$5,000 nett spend per transaction: Member 5,000 pts, Gold 10,000 pts, Platinum 30,000 pts. Monarch members have no cap. There is no daily, monthly or yearly limit — only a per-transaction cap.
How do the free parking perks actually work?
Register your vehicle's In-Vehicle Unit (IU) number in your Changi Rewards profile via the Changi App. When you hit the qualifying same-day spend (scan your Rewards e-Card at checkout), the free-parking eCoupon is credited to your IU and automatically offsets parking charges at the exit gantry. Gold and Platinum daily free parking is credited with no spend required. See the parking page for car park rates.
Can I use points at Jewel?
Use Changi e-Voucher Flexi (1,500 pts = S$5) at both Changi Airport and Jewel. The standard Changi e-Voucher (1,000 pts = S$5) works only at T1–T4, not at Jewel. You can also earn points at Jewel (subject to a participating-outlet list) and stack them with CapitaStar STAR$ via the Jewel Double Rewards programme.
