Disclaimer

Please read this disclaimer carefully. It explains the independent nature of this website and the limits of the information we provide.

1. Independent & Unofficial

This website is an independent, unofficial, community-run informational guide to the whole of the Changi area in Singapore — the airport and Jewel, and the wider coastline: Changi Village, Changi Beach & Boardwalk, Pulau Ubin, the Changi Chapel & Museum, the Johore Battery, the Republic of Singapore Navy Museum, Jurassic Mile, and the surrounding parks, beaches, food and transport. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Changi Airport Group, Jewel Changi Airport Development Pte. Ltd., the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, the National Parks Board (NParks), the National Heritage Board (NHB), the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) / Republic of Singapore Navy, the Changi Point ferry or bumboat operators, any airline, any attraction operator, or any government agency. Any reference to places, terminals, airlines, ferries, parks, museums, shops, or services is for general informational purposes only.

2. Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand names referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. Use of any such names, logos, or brands does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. References to third-party brands are made solely for the purpose of identification and description.

3. Accuracy of Information

Information on this website — including but not limited to flight arrivals, departures, delays, gate and belt assignments, opening hours, transport schedules, parking rates, ferry fares and times, museum admission prices and hours, park notices, and terminal or attraction details — is provided for general informational purposes only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Flight data may be subject to change without notice. Park, museum and ferry operators periodically close facilities for renovations, private events or weather. Always confirm critical information with the relevant official source (your airline, the official airport channels, NParks, NHB, or the relevant operator) before travelling or making decisions based on this website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience — direct or indirect — arising from reliance on any information, data, or content published on this website. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the information provided.
