From T2

5–10 min walk via the link bridge at Level 3 (near the MRT station).

From T3

5–10 min walk via the link bridge from the Departure Hall (near Crowne Plaza).

Frequently asked questions

Which expressway should I take to Changi Airport?
From the city, the ECP (East Coast Parkway) is the most direct — head east and follow the signs. From the north or east use the TPE (Tampines Expressway); from the west take the PIE (Pan-Island Expressway) eastbound and connect to the TPE. The airport approach road then splits clearly to T1/Jewel, T2, T3 and T4.
Can I wait in my car at the arrival kerb?
No. Drivers are not allowed to park or wait at the Departure or Arrival kerbside or pick-up points — this keeps traffic moving. Drop passengers at the kerb nearest their check-in row, then leave. For pick-ups, meet your party inside the terminal and walk out to the pick-up point together. If you arrive early, use the car parks (10-minute grace period) or wait off-airport.
How do I get to Terminal 4 by car?
Via the ECP, keep left on Airport Boulevard and follow signs to Terminal 4. Via the PIE, keep left and take the dedicated slip road to Terminal 4. For Arrival Pick-up, keep to the outermost right lane on entering the T4 roadway. For ride-hailing pick-up, follow the "Ride Hailing" signs.
What if I miss the last Skytrain between T1, T2 and T3?
The Skytrain runs 5:00 AM–2:00 AM. Outside those hours you can walk between T1, T2 and T3 24/7 using the inter-terminal travellators (transit area) or the link bridges (public area). The Mezzanine Level link bridge connects T2 and T3; the JEWEL Level 3 link bridge connects T1 to T2/T3.
Can I visit Jewel if I am transiting (without entering Singapore)?
No. Jewel is in the public area between T2 and T3, so transit passengers must clear arrival immigration and enter Singapore to visit it. If you are connecting and cannot clear immigration, you can still use the free transit-area attractions on the Free Attractions page.
