Terminal Transfer
Three free ways to move between Terminals 1–4 and Jewel: the Skytrain (T1–T3), walking routes (24/7), and the T4 shuttle bus. All times and frequencies below are taken from Changi Airport's official transfer page.

Getting to Jewel
Jewel sits in the public area between T2 and T3, directly connected to the T1 Arrival Hall. Transit passengers must clear arrival immigration to visit. See the Jewel guide for what is inside.
From T1
Jewel's North entrance connects to the T1 Arrival Hall, Level 1.
From T2
5–10 min walk via the Level 3 link bridge (near the MRT station).
From T3
5–10 min walk via the link bridge from the Departure Hall (near Crowne Plaza).
From T4
Free shuttle bus from T4 Arrival to Jewel / T1 (opposite Jewel Level 2 drop-off).
Transfer tips
The Skytrain is free and needs no ticket — just walk on. It runs in both public and transit areas.
T4 has no Skytrain — use the free shuttle bus, available in both public and transit areas.
Missed the last Skytrain (after 2:00 AM)? Walk between T1, T2 and T3 via travellators (transit) or link bridges (public) 24/7.
To visit Jewel while transiting, you must clear arrival immigration first — Jewel is in the public area.
To transfer to T4 within the transit area, your itinerary must be through-checked to your final destination.
