Where can I use the interactive map?
The interactive map is built into the Changi App, which gives turn-by-turn wayfinding and estimated walking times. You can also browse the directory of shops and dining by terminal on this site — see the terminal links below.
Does the map work offline?
The Changi App map is most reliable online, but the app caches terminal floor plans once opened. For the best experience, connect to free #WiFi@Changi before you start navigating.
How do I find a specific shop or gate?
Open the Changi App and use the map search — enter a shop name, gate number, restaurant, or amenity (e.g. "lounge", "charging", "pharmacy"). The app shows the location on the floor plan and plots a walking route from your current position.
Can I see walking times between terminals?
Yes. The app estimates walking times, and our terminal transfer page lists the official Skytrain, walking and shuttle-bus times between every terminal.
