Changi Shopping Carnival 2026: Game Kiosks, Plushies and How to Win

Changi Shopping Carnival 2026 is the airport-wide game promotion running across Terminals 1 to 4 from 4 June to 21 October 2026. The mechanic is simple: scan your boarding pass at a game kiosk, or spend S$60 at a participating store, and you get a play at the kiosk that prints a prize slip redeemable on the spot. The top prize on the board is an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the Changi-exclusive Blind Bag Plushies are the prize most people will actually walk away with.

Here is how the kiosks work, what the spend thresholds actually buy you, and where the bonus plays come from.

Two Ways to Play: Boarding Pass or S$60 Spend

The carnival has two entry paths and they are not mutually exclusive. For Travellers: scan your boarding pass at any game kiosk across Terminals 1 to 4. One boarding pass is entitled to one game play per event site. Because there are multiple event sites across the terminals, a single boarding pass can be played more than once if you walk to each site.

For Travellers and Public: spend at least S$60 at participating stores in Terminals 1 to 4, whether in the transit or public area, or on iShopChangi. Scan the QR code on your receipt at any game kiosk. The receipt-based play is capped at 3 plays per receipt, so a single S$180 spend does not net you three plays, it nets one per S$60 up to the S$180 mark, with the cap at S$300 spend giving you the maximum number of plays per receipt.

The promotion covers all retail and F&B stores at all four terminals, with exclusions limited to stores providing specific services listed in the official terms and conditions. Passenger meeting service counters are among the excluded categories.

Bonus Plays for Mastercard, iShopChangi and Alipay Users

There are three layered bonus play mechanics on top of the base game. Mastercard users get one additional game play on top of the base, as do iShopChangi shoppers. The bonus is structured so that if you are already an iShopChangi shopper or a Mastercard user, your play count goes up by one rather than resetting the base. Alipay users are also eligible for bonus plays under the same mechanic. The bonus is capped at S$300 spend, the same ceiling as the base game.

The practical effect is that a traveller paying with Mastercard who also pre-orders on iShopChangi can stack two bonus plays on top of the boarding pass play, turning a single airport visit into three guaranteed kiosk plays.

The Changi Blind Bag Plushies at S$9.90

The Blind Bag Plushies are the Changi-exclusive travel plushie blind box bag charms. Each one is shaped like a piece of travel iconography, including a luggage, the Changi control tower, a globe, and an air ticket. You can win them as game prizes, or you can purchase one outright for S$9.90 with a minimum spend of S$240 at the redemption booths at the event sites. The S$240 threshold is a separate qualifying spend from the S$60 game play threshold, so they stack rather than compete.

For collectors, the blind box format means the design is randomised. The four designs are the luggage, control tower, globe, and air ticket charms. The plushies are only available through the Shopping Carnival redemption booths and not through normal retail.

Where the Kiosks Are: T1 to T4 Maps

The game kiosks are spread across both the transit and public areas of all four terminals. The official page lists kiosk location maps for Terminal 1 Transit Level 2, Terminal 1 Public, Terminal 2 Transit, Terminal 2 Public, Terminal 3 Transit, and Terminal 4. The Terminal 1 event site banner marks the anchor kiosk for that terminal.

For transit passengers, the kiosks are positioned at the gate areas so you can play between connections without leaving the transit area. For public visitors, the public-area kiosks are reachable without a boarding pass, paired with the S$60 spend path. Cosmetics and Perfumes by Shilla is one of the anchor participating stores for the spend-qualifying path, and Lotte Duty Free storefronts participate in the same way.

Stacking With the Duty-Free Voucher Ladder

Separate from the game kiosks, the carnival runs a duty-free shopping voucher ladder that scales with spend. S$20 off a S$300 minimum spend on duty-free shopping is the entry tier, escalating to S$40 off S$350, S$80 off S$500, S$150 off S$800, and S$250 off S$1,200 at the top. From 16 July to 31 August 2026 there is also a separate S$520 off S$2,000 minimum spend deal, and a S$10 return voucher with S$80 minimum spend on duty-free shopping.

The vouchers are independent of the game play and the blind bag plushie redemption, so a single duty-free purchase can qualify for a voucher, generate a kiosk play through the S$60 spend path, and count toward the S$240 blind bag plushie threshold all at once.

Redemption: How to Actually Collect Your Prize

After playing at the event site, the kiosk prints a prize slip with instructions. Pass the slip to the staff at the redemption booth to claim the prize. Slips cannot be redeemed at a different terminal from where they were printed, so if you play at Terminal 4 you redeem at Terminal 4. The promotion terms also state that any qualifying transaction used to register for a game must not be cancelled or refunded. Winners are disqualified and prizes forfeited if the underlying sales transaction is reversed.
