Changi Experience Studio at Jewel is running a Halloween Festival Market on 31 October and 1 November 2026. The official name on the Changi page is Haunts & Handmade. It is a two-day indoor market of local makers, airport-themed games, craft workshops and a costume contest, not a haunted house.
CES sits on Level 4 of Jewel, landside. You do not need a boarding pass. Some festival booths sit just outside the attraction, so you can shop those without a CES ticket. Everything inside the studio needs admission. Adult event tickets sold on the Changi App also load S$10 of event credits into the app wallet, which is the only reason to buy the festival bundle instead of a plain CES ticket from Klook.
Tickets, credits and what is extra
All festival tickets include CES admission. Adult tickets add S$10 of credits. Those credits are worth S$1 each, valid only during the event, and you can spend a maximum of 3 credits at any one booth. Unused credits expire. Third-party CES tickets get you into the studio and the market, but they do not include credits.
- Halloween Family Bundle. 1 adult + 1 child + 1 plush keychain, S$34.90
- Halloween Adult Bundle. 1 adult + 1 plush keychain, S$29.90
- Halloween Child/Senior Bundle. 1 child or senior + 1 plush keychain, S$19.90
- Ticket Only Bundle. 1 adult + 1 child/senior, S$25.00
- Adult ticket only. S$20.00
- Child/Senior ticket only. S$10.00
The limited plush keychains are Captain Boo and Pompkin the Explorer. Workshops are not in the ticket price. Buy those on site.
Payment at the booths is cashless. PayNow is the default. Selected stalls take cards. The event is family-friendly. Workshops are listed as suitable for all ages, though Changi recommends children be at least 5 if you want them to work independently.
Workshops on both days
Three craft stations run inside the studio. The Boo-tanical workshop is S$12. You paint a Halloween pot and plant it to take home. Sessions are 2:30pm to 3:30pm and 6:00pm to 7:00pm. The pumpkin trick-or-treat bag is S$9, at 1:00pm to 2:00pm and 4:30pm to 5:30pm. Spooky Beads is Hama bead art for S$12, three designs, drop-in from 10am to 8pm.
Inside CES, the games are airport-themed. Runway Race and the Smile Challenge are the two named on the official page. Stamp cards come from the counter. Buy at stalls, collect stamps, complete any two lines bingo-style, and you enter a mystery-prize draw. Trick-or-treat rounds run through the weekend as well.
Who is in the market
The food row is small and specific. Tirato is selling Halloween tiramisu and Dubai Chewy cookies. Two of Us Bakes has brownies in a tub, mini crunch cookies and banana cake. Corner8 Matcha is doing honey cinnamon and cinnamon crumble drinks. Elevation Roastery is bringing beans and Halloween cap merch. Gettin Caffeinated's named cups are Pistachio Midnight Cloud and a Cookies-and-Scream tiramisu iced latte with Oreo. Matcha Hour is piping ghost cream onto a spooky latte. Dapiku Sweets is on the featured-brand list for locally inspired desserts.
Lifestyle stalls mix jewellery, kidswear and Singapore-made knick-knacks.

That list is the official stall sheet, not a roundup. If a name matters to you, it is on the Changi page.
Costume contest, with airport rules
The Trick-or-Chic Best-Dressed Contest is judged from Instagram or Facebook posts, not a runway. Wear a full costume, photograph yourself with CES clearly in the background on 31 October or 1 November, post it publicly with #ChangiExperienceStudio and #HauntsHandmade, and keep the account public. One winner per day. The FAQ lists a hamper valued at S$100, collected at CES during operating hours. Winners are messaged within 30 days. A T-shirt and a plastic pumpkin do not count. Weapons, replica guns, knives, swords and anything that looks like a security threat are banned because this is still an airport building, even on the Jewel side.
If you only want the market, go landside, skip the costume, buy an adult ticket on the Changi App for the credits, and hit the food row first. Workshops sell on site and will queue. If you already have F1 1-for-1 CES tickets from the race-season promo, those run until 18 October, so they will not cover Halloween weekend.
