Terminal 4 Food Guide: Food Hall, Pan Mee, 24-Hour Kopi

T4 is the compact terminal. Food is not scattered across four storeys of mall — it sits in a few rooms. Landside, the mezzanine above check-in has Go Noodle House, Andes, PappaRich, chicken rice. Airside, the International Food Hall and a 24-hour cafe do most of the work. Arrivals has Ma Mum and Paris Baguette.

Because T4 is smaller, the mistake is walking to T1/Jewel “for better food” and missing a flight. Eat in the building you are already in unless you have a real connection window and you know the shuttle time.

“Terminal 4 food” is a real search. This page is the short independent answer, with our photos, not the full stall list.

T4 in three rooms

Public departure mezzanine (Level 2 / 2M): Go Noodle House, Andes, PappaRich, PX chicken rice, Burger King, Food Emporium. No boarding pass.

Transit Food Hall / lounge: International Food Hall, King of Fried Rice, Heavenly Wang, Curry Times, Kaki Makan, Tiger Den. Boarding pass.

Arrivals Level 1: Ma Mum (often 24h, Halal), Paris Baguette, ZUS Coffee. After landing only.

Homegrown bakery, the pineapple tarts people buy as a last Singapore box. Not lunch. Take it through security in a sealed tin if you must — liquids and cream cakes are a different problem.

The airside room. Several kitchens, one seating pit. King of Fried Rice (egg fried rice, pork cutlet, crabmeat) is the named stall people look for. Walk it like a food court, not a restaurant with a host.

Pick by need

Landside bowl: Go Noodle House. Landside Halal plate: PX chicken rice.

Airside 15 minutes: King of Fried Rice or Heavenly Wang. Airside Halal overnight: Kaki Makan.

Just landed: Ma Mum. Do not reclear.

T4 shuttle to T1/Jewel is real time. Do not leave T4 for dinner on a tight connection.

Questions people actually ask

Is Terminal 4 food only airside?
No. The Level 2 / 2M mezzanine above check-in is public — Go Noodle House, PappaRich, Andes, PX chicken rice. The International Food Hall is transit.
What is open 24 hours at T4?
Often Ma Mum (arrivals), Kaki Makan (transit), Tiger Den, and some food-hall stalls. Always re-check. A 24-hour terminal is not a 24-hour kitchen.
Should I go to Jewel or T1 instead?
Only with a long landside window and the shuttle time in your pocket. T4 has enough food. Missing a T4 flight because you went looking for Jewel is a classic.
